The second phase of the New National Exhibition, as a major project of the 14th Five-Year Plan in Beijing, bears the key responsibility of implementing the strategic positioning of the capital's "four centers", deeply implementing the strategy of cultural Beijing, scientific and technological Beijing, and green Beijing, and promoting the construction of an important platform and carrier of the international exchange center. 

The second phase of the New National Exhibition is located in the north side of the first phase of the New National Exhibition (Yuxiang Road, Shunyi District), with a total construction area of about 611,000 square meters. It is the largest, most complete and technologically advanced comprehensive exhibition venue in Beijing at present, which will greatly enhance the overall competitiveness of Beijing's exhibition industry and become another beautiful business card for Beijing's foreign exchanges and international exchanges. The project includes exhibition center, conference center, supporting hotel and other functions. The exhibition center contains nine large exhibition halls, with a net exhibition area of 210,000 square meters, and three login halls are set up in the east, south and north. The convention center has a floor area of about 50,000 square meters, with a main venue of 5,000 square meters and a banquet hall of 3,000 square meters. The supporting hotel includes more than 410 hotel rooms.

According to the needs of the second phase of the new national exhibition, the public recruitment work is now carried out. The details are as follows:

3. Registration time and method

The method of public recruitment is adopted this time, as follows:

(1) Registration period: from the date of announcement to September 9, 2024.

(2) Electronic documents required:

1. Personal resume (including my basic information, work experience, job application, application reasons, etc.);

2. Copy of the front and back of the ID card;

3. Copies of education and degree certificates;

4. Copies of titles and professional qualifications (if any).

The above application materials shall be scanned (photographed) and compressed into one package according to the above sequence. The format of the package and resume shall be "Company name + position + name", and the package shall be sent to the Human Resources Department of Capital Exhibition Group by email: liuzichen@nsevents.cn within the specified registration time.

4. Recruitment procedures

The public recruitment work is organized and implemented by the Capital Exhibition Group, the main procedures are: registration, qualification examination, interview, discussion and decision, recruitment and other aspects, the specific salary and other negotiable.
