The Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center made its debut and started operation! It achieved a successful start with its first exhibition.
From February 21st to 24th, 2025, the Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center was officially unveiled and put into operation, and welcomed its first high-profile exhibition - the 36th China International Automobile Supplies and Equipment Exhibition and China International New Energy Vehicle Technology, Parts and Services Exhibition. The exhibition area of this session was nearly 200,000 square meters, an increase of about 15% compared with 2024, breaking the record of similar exhibitions in China.
The operation of the Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center is a milestone event for Beijing's convention and exhibition platform to reach a new level and another leapfrog upgrade of Beijing's exhibition infrastructure. So far, there are 11 professional exhibition venues of over 10,000 square meters in Beijing, and the total indoor exhibition area is nearly 630,000 square meters, opening a new chapter for the development of Beijing's convention and exhibition industry.
